Projects Completed:

This web site is a collection of the Do-It-Yourself projects I have undertaken on my 2005 Lotus Elise (affectionately known as Lisa). My philosophy for modification is to do things that are easily removable, will not affect resale value, and will not compromise appearance. Performace-wise, I think the Elise is a beautiful work of engineering art, and I have no wish to muck with it. I only wish to tweak some of the basic day-to-day comfort aspects of the car. It is my daily driver and my track car, so there are a few improvements to be made.
Each project is rated by how easy it was, how long it took, and whether drilling or cutting was involved. I've also indicated if any Lotus Positions (abnormal body contortions) are required. This is pretty common for this car, as anyone who has adjusted the pedals or vaccuumed the floor can attest. Lastly, each project has a list of other projects that are easy to combine (ie. involve disassembling or working in similar areas).
I hope you find these pages helpful! Any feedback is welcomed at: qd(at)quinndunkiNOSPAM(dot)com. Thanks for stopping by!
